At least 3-5 years of project experience as a project manager, managing multiple projects concurrently.
Must have experience managing project teams that include company executives, business unit management, and staff, IT teams,
External corporate clients and Vendors.
Must have facilitated project workshops (scoping, planning, requirements, risk, resourcing and budgeting)
Must have run project progress and executive project status review meetings.
Must have at least 2 years’ experience of working within a structured project methodology.
Must have run IT projects following a System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology.
Coordinate individuals with diverse skills
Strong computer literacy skills i.e. ability to use MS Office, MS Project, MS Excel

Experience in business analysis
Create and execute project work plans and revises, as appropriate, to meet changing needs and requirements.
Identify resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
Effectively applies and contributes to the methodology and enforces project standards.
Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
Minimize exposure and risk on project.
Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Track and report team hours and expenses on a weekly/regular basis.
Manage project budget.
Determine appropriate revenue recognition, ensure timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project.
Follow up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices.
Prepare and present basic revenue models, P/L, and cost-to-completion projections and makes decisions accordingly.
Understand pricing models and billing procedures.
Assures project legal documents are completed and signed.
Facilitate team and client meetings effectively.
Holds regular status meetings with project team.
Keep project team well informed of changes within the organization and general corporate news.
Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors.
Delivers engaging, informative and well-organized presentations.
Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
Communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
Passion for project management is absolutely essential
